Stronggear monolift symbolizes a perfect help for heavy squats and various types of pressing and pulling exercises. Two specially designed steel monolifts allow easy and safe take out and storage of the barbell without any other unnecessary movement. This is especially important during weight training or if you train at maximum capacity. Monolifts can be easily attached to all cages and racks with a 17 mm mounting hole. We offer three variants of monolifts for attachment to steel bars with dimensions of 60 x 60 cm, 75 x 75 cm or 80 x 80 cm. Stainless steel holders are subjected to strict tests to determine their maximum loading capacity. Specifically, this product has an astronomical 600 kg loading capacity so even the strongest athletes can train with it. It also has innovative plastic protection. Thanks to this there is no chance of damage. The holders are made in a combination of black and red together with the complete equipment. We recommend using the monolift and spotter arms or safety straps together.
