Maximum loading capacity of this product is 600 kg, so it can be loaded with really extreme weight. The holders can be easily mounted to all squat stands that have dimensions according to our offer and at the same time a 17 mm hole for attachment. The holders cannot be attached to the Pro Squat Stand. The weight is about 5 kg and the minimalistic proportion make it easy to handle with just one hand. Therefore, fixing it to your construction is easy and fast.
